Dhap style traditional and processed milk solids are smooth, moist and milky products made from pure, wholesome and unadulterated raw ingredients. This variety is used in manufacturing Gulab Jamuns, kala Jamuns, Pantua and North Indian dishes including Khoa Paneer, Khoa Mutter and Khoa Kaju.
Daanedar
Daanedar style traditional and processed milk solids are granular, moist and milky products made from pure, wholesome and unadulterated raw ingredients. This variety is used in manufacturing Kalakand, Milk Cake, Gujiya, Mawa Kachori and North Indian dishes including Malai Kofta, Nargisi Kofta and Rajasthani Guttey.
Pindi
Pindi style traditional and processed milk solids are low moisture and milky products made from pure, wholesome and unadulterated raw ingredients. This variety is used in manufacturing Barfis and Pedas.
